Form 16, 26AS and AIS to Excel

TRACES and e-filing statements into a spreadsheet, with the arithmetic checked.

Choose PDFs

Upload Form 16 from your employer and Form 26AS and AIS from the e-filing portal. MarqPDF opens password-protected files with your PAN and date of birth, reads every line and checks it: the quarters add up to Part A's total, the TDS deducted was deposited, taxable income follows from the deductions, tax matches your regime's slabs, cess is 4% and the 87A rebate is right.

Password-protected statements

Form 26AS opens with your date of birth (DDMMYYYY), and AIS with your PAN in lower case followed by your date of birth. Enter them once: they're used to open the files, and they aren't stored or saved with the job.

The tax, worked out again

MarqPDF recomputes the tax on total income from the old- or new-regime slabs for the assessment year, including the AY 2026-27 slabs and the Rs. 12 lakh rebate limit, and checks the standard deduction and the Rs. 1.5 lakh limit under 80C.

26AS booking status

Entries marked U (unmatched) or O (overbooked) are flagged: until the deductor corrects them, that TDS may not be credited to you.

Frequently asked questions

Which regime does it use?

The one Form 16 states, from the section 115BAC question in Part B. If the form doesn't say, the regime-specific checks are skipped.

Does it read the AIS PDF?

Yes: the TDS, SFT and other information rows, with their codes, sources, counts and amounts.

Is it free?

Checking is free and the report shows on screen. Downloading the spreadsheet needs a free account, which includes 2 exports; after that, a Week Pass ($6.99) or Pro ($14.99 a month), see pricing.
