Form 16 against 26AS
The TDS on your Form 16 has to appear in 26AS against your employer's TAN: only what's there can be claimed. A mismatch between the two is a common reason for a tax notice after filing.
What's missing
If 26AS or AIS isn't in the pack, MarqPDF says where on the e-filing portal to download it. It doesn't file the return for you.
